A comprehensive new website is underway for Conventions & Incentives New Zealand.

The website will not only be a valuable resource for CINZ members, it will also be an impressive research and decision-making tool for buyers of conference and incentive travel product.

The website will feature the évoSuite enterprise™ Business Listings Management System, allowing every CINZ member to have 'a website within the website'. Professional Conference organisers and other buyers can then do a simple or advanced search of New Zealand regions and locations to find venues, accommodation, activities and other conference services. CINZ members can really profile their businesses, including features such as an interactive Google Map, image gallery, downloadable doucments and YouTube embedded video withi their listing.

Every business listing will be fully-integrated with a new CRM. Having a CRM will enable CINZ to better come to know, track and communicate with buyers and CINZ members, providing an improved service overall to the M.I.C.E industry. 

The new website will also feature advanced email Marketing software, password-protected Members Only section, online member registration form, interactive page-turning online books, Document Management System and much, much more.

The CRM and other software tools will all be able to be accessed in and managed via the CINZ team's own Microsoft Outlook accounts, making a very sophisticated sales and marketing solution also supremely easy to use!
