Tahiti Nui Travel, the largest inbound wholesaler in Tahiti with over 200 staff, have recently employed RéserveGroup's CRM, along with a comprehensive, custom travel software solution.

RéserveGroup has been working closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to develop a Reservations System, online booking engine and CRM system to market and sell hotels and activities product.

Key features of the Outlook-accessed CRM system include the ability for sales representatives around the world to better manage internal and external communications and the ability to get access to real-time product updates, resources and documents, etc.

A key feature of the Reservations System is the total integration between in-house staff bookings and travel agent, travel wholesaler and public online reservations.

In a joint venture with Tahiti Nui Travel, RéserveGroup has created Réserve Tahiti, now the national online inventory system, holding inventory for hotel chains such as Hilton, Pearl Beach, Intercontinental, Sheraton, Meridian, Radisson, Novotel and Sofitel.
